If you can get your hands on one, the best bang-for-buck in a daily driver prestige type watch is probably a King Seiko. 23 jewels, leather band with deployment clasp, and a 40mm bezel.

I noticed that a couple of the male nurses in the hospital i've been in for the past couple weeks, had some real nice Rolex's they were sporting.
:dunno Dunno.
BTW what's the deal with a red-dial Rolex? Half-red/half black. I don't think that's the so'called "Pepsi"

Rob: I meant 'bezel' but you looked it up correctly. Yes indeed it turns out it is a GMT Master II, with a red/black bezel. I was just wondering if there is a 'significance' as in 'the real rolly is a blue bezel one' -- as we learned a few pages back
The red/black bezel seems to be this GMT Master II, in the real version : http://robertmaron.com/product.php?productid=18586&cat=267&page=6&sold IT SAYS DISCONTINUED
however the point is, that even Google displays mostly REPLICAs(fake) of that kind, such as : http://mic-market.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1455 (really the one I was talking about, note that it is a 15-min bezel, not a 24hr bezel)
Anyway TLDR it was a color question just as the 'blue' rolex question

I'm surprised there isn't more watch modding going on. I think it could be a whole new way to waste money on things you'll never get value back for. Captain America theme here, by a strange coincidence.
