Adverse Selection
Watches are cool, but I'm rarely without a phone or PC, or the ones on my motos. I always was kind of bugged by the feeling of having one on my wrist.

Nice, we were overdue for a watch thread. :thumbup

I wear a watch all the time and it's a Citizen, a Comrade or a Goodman. :rofl

Were my name Steve(like my coworker) I'd be wearing this. Word is those *are* THE fastest watches.. in the world.

My ladies use me as a watch man all the time. Hey what's the time? Cuz they lazy to look/wear a watch

Here is a badass one they recently released: Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon edition:

You know this lovely bad-ass looking is fat as in real fat, or is manual wind, right?

I'd love this one too. BTW I'm not sure it costs more than a new Audi. But doesn't matter...

Honestly, I also wear this Doxa that I posted in budman's thread some time ago

I love it's simplicity, I just put a leather strap on it and it's just a normal watch. Which is what I'd recommend!!!!!
Looks even nicer.

no I don't wear a watch, tried but I always bang it in to something and break it.

Strange, ever since I started buying a Swatch or better, I don't have any broken watches, ever. Including the one above...

Invicta Subaqua Noma III for me. Big, cheap, and I don't have to worry about smacking it on things.

Daily is a Speedmaster Automatic.

Today sporting a Rolex Daytona, because we're going out for a fancy b-day dinner later.

Those are really the only two I wear anymore (probably no coincidence that they have similar styling) - I should just throw the rest on ebay.

Did you ever sell that Breitling? .. I think it was quartz

:laughing They all do follow the same pattern, from guys posting they have 4 or 5 for different moods, to the guys that don't wear one at all, right down to posting a pic of Flava Fav....

That's an insanely good observation! :laughing I had not registered the Flavaflav perennial recurrence. And you know what, I actually wore a Flava flav clock on a Halloween once.. and it didn't hurt much at all with regards to meeting others ;) So there, about jewelry :)

It looks like today's thread was just started to list people's watches and to see what others have. I have 5-6 too... can't wear a blue-faced watch with a red hoodie.

Citizen navigator watch, a solid watch that has survived. However the Clip watch is watch of choice to have on person all the time. Its heavy bugger, a belt loop above a pocket helps supporting it weight.

Omg, this like fucking Inception or something. Look at the date on the watch in the stock photo from this post and then the date on my watch after I bought it in this post....and what day is it today? Twenty fucking second again. Crazy huh?

Rolex Submariner stainless steel going on 22 years. It doesn't sit in a drawer, it has dings and scratches from being worn everywhere as they are meant to be.

Same for me! Except I've only had it 17 years.

Not since I got my arm-to-hand tattoo on my left arm. Prior to that, I would feel naked without an analog watch.

And no, I can't just wear one on my right arm. :x
