Sure, but you are talking about an exception licensed by the City on Private Property. I'm talking about usually there is a local law that prohibits discharge of a firearm within City limits as a general law, with an exception carved out for Law Enforcement performing their necessary duties.

So what about hitting them with a golf ball? There were a bunch chilling at the driving range the other day. I hit at least 3 that sailed under one. He just stood there looking at me like no big deal

Couldn't you lure them into your (or somebody else's) garage with salt licks and lettuce? Close the door and...uh...you decide.

My aunt and uncle live in the boonies near Columbus, Ohio. They have a large, single pane window in their living room. Twice bucks have attacked their own image and ended up in the house after crashing through the window. The damage they caused in the confusion and search for an escape has been substantial.

Yeah, they usually don't startle much unless there's a motorcycle to jump in front of.
