I am so gobsmacked by the quality of this item that I thought that clearly, while it was still on sale, BARF needs to know. arty
As our old anodized aluminum omelet pan had the anodized finish fail I bought my wife (well, actually "us") a commercial grade carbon steel pan that you could use to pound fence posts if you wanted to and you can use metal utensils/spatulas on it and it just laughs at you.

I feared it wouldn't be as "easy release" as they claimed but boy was I wrong.
We each made our own omelet this morning, and I'm hardly an "expert" but this is, without a doubt, the best pan we've ever used.
Omelets released easier than ever in the pan that we barely used a tsp of oil in.
Amazingly, at least making an omelet, the handle does not get hot which is just bizarre.
On super duper sale in case you want an after Christmas present for the house. :thumbup
Happy Boxing Day.
