Can tell you exactly where it is. Floor of the Valley Road, also known as the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive.

Plug this into Google maps: 37.274158,-112.946557

From April through October you can only go down the road in a shuttle bus. I was lucky to catch the right light and get that photo in the beginning of November when the road is open to all traffic.
