Ogg
Oggito ergo sum
I’ve had Acuras from 2013, 2015, 2018, and currently have a 2021 if that gives you an indication of which camp I’m in. And that 2021 will probably be gone in about a year and a half for a 2022 Bronco.
Indeed. These days I go through cars like most people go through toilet paper. Back when I had the time, ability, and inclination (and a whole lot less spare change) I bought old and wrenched to keep them running. Last year I bought new with an engine inaccessible unless you remove body work. I wasn't gonna work on it anyhow.
Yeah, means I don't retire as soon, but I like working and don't know what I'd do with myself otherwise.
Re: old German. Unless it's more than 10 years old (perhaps older?) I see them as disposable. I've had several that got electrical gremlins a few years in. Dump 'em before the warranty expires.
