But please tell my why people are forced to go inside if there's no curfew.
What makes it legal for the police to order people to go inside when they're on their own proerty?

...Nothing to do with curfew it would seem.

Also: This was 100% about curfew. And the curfew explicitly states that you may be outside on your property.

Care to reassess your position on this incident?

From the vid description: "Law enforcement officers shot paint canisters on May 30, 2020, along a Minneapolis street in the Whittier neighborhood during protests..."

Nothing to do with curfew it would seem.

Dude, your google-fu sucks balls. The curfew went into effect at 8PM the night of the video. The cops were sweeping the neighborhoods to make everyone go inside. Even the Minnesota National Guard is totally saying, "Wasn't us." because they know how bad it was to do it.

You don't restore public order by fucking shooting people who are just standing on their porches. How do you not understand that this just makes things worse?

Curfews violate mah freedoms. You folks in Fremont need to make up a new t-shirt or bumper sticker to slap on police cars, "FREMONT AINT FRE".

No, I don't and here's why: IDGAF whether they were being told to go inside lawfully (there are rioters nearby) or not (curfew). Given the violence going on in the city they should just STFU and and go inside. There are plenty of ways to deal with the issue if they were wrong including media, local leadership, etc. They were told several times and just stood there like idiots. Fuck 'em. Too many people think it is ok to have a debate and lawyer everything in the street with police.

+1. Nobody has time to listen to people whine about not being able to breath. Just die already. Yeesh.

How about if it's perfectly legal to be on your own fucking property during a curfew?
That work for you?

Can I be outside my house (on my property) after 8 p.m. and before 6 a.m.?
Yes.

How about they follow their own fucking laws?

"Can I be outside my house (on my property) after 8 p.m. and before 6 a.m.?

Yes. You can be on your porch, yard, patio, etc., but if a law enforcement officer or other public safety official asks you to go inside, or take any other action, you must follow the instruction."

Quoted from your link. You should have read the whole thing.

Having rights only until those rights are inconvenient is the very definition of tyranny.
