What Business Do You Want to Re-open Most?

What have you missed the most? What businesses did you frequent that you cannot wait to go visit again?

I know a lot of friends that say "the Gym". I work out at home and hike and mountain bike, so I do not need a gym, but I do need my Pedicure!! My toenails are jacked up from hiking and I cannot seem to trim them as well as the ladies at Nail Touch in Mountain View. I begged my Wife to do it, but she does not do a good job, and my Wife talks funny. I told her to speak at me it Vietnamese, but my Wife got angry.

I also told her that I wanted my $5.00 Handy, and she got angry again. :wtf

What do you miss?

My favorite Italian restaurant in Sacramento so I can take myself out for a belated birthday dinner.

My gym-even though I haven't worked out in like 2 years I swear I'd be there right now if only it was open!


lastly, nail salons so I can get my manicure and wax my eyebrows.

Honestly, climbing gym. I still pay my dues, which goes to support the staff, but I don't know how long they can hold out due to other business expenses.

I really hope that the annual benefit for the Penninsula Humane Society- "Bark and Brewfest" takes place this year. I got to see (BARFer) Lunchbox serving his beers there last year. I hope to see him again.

My Pilates studio. Doing Zoom classes was OK while I wasn't working but now that I'm back to work, their schedule doesn't mesh with mine.
Hoping for less travel and motel restrictions. I'm jonesing for some rallies and road trips. Tired of riding around in circles on the same roads.

I want my hair stylist to open. I'm feeling shaggy. I want Pedal Revolution to open up so I can buy the Surly that has my eye.

I miss the everloving FUCK out of my yoga studio, too, especially the dynamic restorative class on Fridays. That class was the perfect start to my weekend instead of a drink at the bar.

Junction and the Observatory parking lot. I was shocked that was closed on Saturday.. a lot of riders stopped at the gate.. and that made for tighter quarters than it would have been.

I miss Fred's, but I think bars are not the place to be for a while. They have been refreshing it while closed and it looks fricking awesome.
I have been getting pics from the bartender.. guess that makes me a regular. :p

My gym too... but the same deal.

Restaurants for sure.

Open and going in are two different things... it is going to be weird for a while.

Oh yeah, re Caddy, I have had a temporary crown since mid-February. I sure would like to get the permanent one but my dentist still hasn't re-opened.

Bud- My Wife has a WICKED sense of humor!! She is abusive to me!! She rips on me everyday. I try to give her a little taste of her own medicine once in a while. :laughing

I hope to see you at Fred's for a Socially Distanced Drink!!!

Restaurant seating. Take out works for me in my neighborhood but I’m planning on a road trip in a few weeks and sitting in the shade of a building eating take out doesn’t seem relaxing. Plus no bottomless cup of burnt coffee. I’m hoping that getting out in ruralville the paranoia will be relaxed. The irony is that I rarely get off my bike to gas and now the 7-11 maybe be the “restaurant”.
