I've temporarily unstickied this thread so the video linked above by jrace will get more attention. It's an awesome piece of work from Australia showing just why professional racers can get away with crashing as often as they do. And why we can't.

They should never let shuttle bus's drive so near the track during a race :p

Or is the the turn at Infineon Raceway at Sears Point called "the bus stop"?
