OK, I have got to wrap this up :| Bike is finished now just down to those little nick knacky things we do to make a bike uniquely ours.

Got the rear fender painted and reinstalled. I even put on a new Moto-Xotica sticker.
They're good folks and I'm proud to have their name on the bike :thumbup

Now for a little front fork revamping. We pulled the Paoli forks and drained out the smelly nasty black stuff they called fork oil :wow

Fill it 4" from the top, work the oil into the valving..add more. We settled on 3" from the top and it was PERFECT :applause
I have to not, everything about the bike has been like this, we guess and it's happy.

Reinstall the springs and call it good :thumbup

Got the front wheel reasonably cleaned up but will have to replace it down the road it's pretty thing
Bending on the new tire, right up there with kickstarting a big bore cold hearted Honda in my book :x

Of course NO ONEhas this in stock so I go up the street to see my friend Gill at Bill's. He is old school and understands that something doesn't have to be exact to work.

Hmmm, let's just rob one from here...

Minor setback at the end, but this project has been incredibly inspiring. G, you rule. I can't wait to see this baby in person.

Everything!
I still need to do the seat and a few more things but I'm way under budget and that feels really good.

I'm sure no Sheet iron (on the ATK) Kicking around the idea of the XT.
I'm not used to the ATK, it's a lot of bike. I just ordered a hydraulic clutch kit so I can finesse the clutch.
