Should man be charged with murder after wife dies

A woman dies in childbirth after 3 torturous days of labor.

Should the man that impregnated her be charged with murder/ man slaughter? Afterall, it's his actions that ultimately resulted in his wife's death?

I'm wondering what the "then why doesn't..." post will be, surely not related to the meth user whose baby died with toxic levels of methamphetamine in it's system?

I'll admit I am not following any of the threads that may have led to this one. So my comment was strictly for entertainment purposes. I stay out of the "what women need to do" type of arguments.

:laughing:laughing:laughing

So women get all the credit for carrying and birthing a baby but if she dies it's the guys fault?

All Straight White Cismen need to be charged with the murder of the entire world, because every bad thing that ever happened is their fault, because they control everyone, everything, and no one else has any agency.

Everyone on Earth is a victim except them and if you don't believe me, you're literally Hitler.

So this thread is about the other thread...

I agree that the man was involved in the pregnancy and is culpable to some degree.

In some respects maybe, but a woman bears 100% of the responsibility to her body before after and during pregnancy, yet women's access to contraception and abortion is becomming more and more limited and will continue to tighten if things continue.

I can name at least 7 women off the bat who no longer can be prescribed contraception because their Dr.'s home office has been taken over by Catholic Hospitals.
