REEL ROCK 7 FILM SERIES
Join us for an evening of climbing and adventure that's heart-warming, heart-breaking, and hilarious on Wednesday, November 14th at 7:00 PM at the Vine Cinema in Livermore. Sunrise Mountain Sports presents the Reel Rock 7 Film Series featuring four films: "The Dura Dura," "The Shark's Fin," "Wide Boys," and "Honnold 3.0."
In "The Dura Dura," Chris Sharma and Adam Ondra keep you laughing as they attempt to establish the world's first 5.15c climb in Spain, while Sasha DiGiulian and Daila Ojeda astound you with their strength. Watch the inspiring story of "The Shark's Fin," where three climbers return to finish this unclimbed granite buttress on Mt. Meru after being turned back a few years earlier. "Wide Boys" features two British climbers, Tom Randall and Pete Whittaker, as they climb the world's hardest off-width crack. Laslty, join Alex Honnold as he attempts the Yosemite Triple (climbing Mt. Watkins, Half Dome and El Capitan in under 24 hours) in "Honnold 3.0." See the trailer here.
