RIP Sean Connery

Eldritch

is insensitive
My dad is a big fan of James Bond movies and I grew up watching all his movies. Because of him I started learning English repeating his quotes at a young age. I’m sad to see so many talented people leave this world again and again this year. I’ll be watching his movies with my dad this weekend in tribute to this amazing actor. What’s your favorite Sean Connery movie?

The SNL things were funny as hell.

Best Bond ... no doubt.

I liked him in Alcatraz (EDIT THE ROCK) as well.

get it while it's easy
maybe a dinosaur (in more ways than one), but super hot never-the-less.

Not Erudite, just er
I saw him when they were filming Presidio. (Must have been 'The Rock' in '96) He was just standing at the corner of Mission & Embarcadero. Nobody around seemed to know it was him. I was so surprised to see him just standing there, I went up to him and said "Wow, what are you doing here?" He said "making a movie, oh, I have to go". I didn't try to shake his hand, or even say his name. I was just kind of stunned.

Rolls with it...
I did spot the crew filming scenes for "The Presidio" back in the mid-80's... but no stars, or action, or much of anything, just a bunch of dudes standing around.... :laughing
