We honestly don't have enough time to make another revision of that poster, resubmit it to the sponsors and hope that they get back to me in a timely manner. It was a struggle getting that one approved.

I think running with what has been approved is the best course of action...Plus I have plenty of other jobs to get caught up with.

Max, Jenn…thanks a ton! MAX, that last revision is awesome and whole Dmitriy's idea is great, agree that time is short. Charles, can you get us a printing cost? Mailers would be to all the local Cycle Gears for now. I can come up with a list of shops that may take it too.

Suzuki just signed on as well…not to change the poster, but another manufacturer is a good thing.

I will pay for a couple hundred printings myself mailing is a different story.
Someone mail me a high res poster and I will happy to print. Then either get me a list for a mailer or I can send them to someone who can distribute.

Not to let the air out of everyone's bag, but aren't posters and flyers a little too late? Should have had them when we first knew about this event.

What about already starting posters and flyers for remaining rounds?

Yah corey we should do some calendar posters for the remaining events. I would be happy to so a limited run of the upcoming event and more for the rest of they year.

whatever. If we ( the AFM) want more then about 100 I will get some pricing.

BTW Costco will print 12x18 for a few bucks as well, it would be cheaper then shipping single poster. So far away members can get one is the local shop that way...

yes we are a full service commercial printer. Mailing folding foiling embossing are just some of the service we offer as well as large and grand format signage.

you need ink on paper we can do it :)

I will get things rolling monday as soon as I get in.

Let's get some out! Can you mail them Charles? If so, how about a few locations where people can pick them up? If you send me some, I'll go to the shops and see if they'll put them up. Can you do the same around the south bay/ SF?

Can anyone get them put up at Alices?
