Not as fast as I look.

Tied pole times? Wow. It should be good tomorrow. Joe's left hand brake reminds how much I want that on my machines.
.......
I really really hope Austin isnt canceled. SXSW was just canceled, so its not looking good for our only round. I wish they'd just come to a deal with Laguna to bring GP back to the peninsula. scramp really shit the bed with that one, huh.........
I really really hope Austin is re-scheduled, so I don't lose money. Too risky to be flying about at this time for me.

Scramp didn't shit the bed, the County of Monterey shit the bed. And surprisingly, Indy Car is back. That means there may be an opportunity in the future for World Class Racing, like WSBK, back at L.S.. But I think motorcycle sales need to improve in the United States a bit before that is likely. It will help if Joe Roberts and ??? draw U.S. attention to the sport.

Nice to see JR in first for a bit. Glad he was able to get it across the line without crashing. 4th is great start.

Watching the NBCSN presentation; I can handle Ben Bostrom’s “Spicoli” like delivery, but I still cringe with Leigh Diffey’s voice....

Moto3 was fantastic.

Good ride by Roberts to be in the mix and stay clean. Excellent win by Nagashima.

R3DS!X

Whatever that means
Good to see Roberts hold onto 4th. I really thought he would get a podium spot at the end though.

Big fun to watch Joe out battling with the lead group.

Solid performance. Would have loved a podium, but upright and in the top five is awesome. Bodes well for the young man.

Worried about the races being cancelled. F1 already through out a ban on attendees for one race. Just teams and crews.. assume the media too of course.

I think we're in for a really weird season. I suspect more cancellations, attendee bans and so on.

Italy is particularly fucked, and who knows if it'll be safe to travel there in the a couple months, or if it doesn't spread further.

Moto2 is going to be nuts for the first half of the season, whenever it happens. New tires, 2nd year of new bikes with Kalex making something everyone can ride, cancelled races and a world-wide pandemic. Teams are going to hit and miss A LOT.

Moto3 is so nuts that its almost boring. I may just skip ahead to the final 5 laps.

It’s exciting to see an American dicing at the front, the fact his last name is Roberts is just icing on the cake! :flag :laughing

So nice to have Joe in the game now.
Really hope it sticks all year. I think he will remain a solid top ten and contender.

Marini had a tough day in the end. He must be bummed. Break away to go away. No points. The fav to win it in my mind is starting with a deficit.

Watching the US broadcast now.
Ben Bostrom. Hmmmmm. :cool

It feels weird to be disappointed with a 4th place finish for Roberts. I had such high hopes....

This class looks like it’s going to be competitive to the end.

So crazy he was a mid pack guy last year, at best. Then stormed the front quickly. Anyone see this coming or know what changed?

I’m guessing he got a top 10 team and bike. Seems to make the difference.

He went from the KTM chassis in 2019 to the Kalex for 2020, which is by all accounts a better chassis.

Roberts also has a new crew chief and having Hopkins as a rider coach seems to be making a big difference.

I am sure a lot of us did :flag

The bigger story is, Tetsuta Nagashima taking the checker, by a good margin. Gridded 14th position, on the grid. Congrats on a epic win, Tetsuta-san! :applause

will enjoy KTM on top of the Moto3 factory leaderboard with race wins while it lasts:

Mr. Arenas duly delivers KTM’s 100th Grand Prix victory and the Austrian brand’s first Moto3 win at the Losail International Circuit since 2014.

KTM followed by eight Hondas ... :laughing:gsxrgrl

Clearly the KTM chassis wasn’t Roberts issue last year! That thing works. Must have been parts and development...

Who can call him and ask him?
