Gratz on the Evil Nic you lucky SOB.

Dude, f'ing shocked! Thanks! I seriously thought the email was some sorta scam. I didn't really believe it till it went on Pinkbike.

For those of you who are curious, I won this after making a donation.

And sorry for not posting in a while... been traveling and then life decided to throw some hurdles at me in the form of a divorce and a couple deaths in the family. Kinda backed off posting for a while there.

Looking forward to shredding the shit out of this bike. I'll for sure give it a workout!

I've been enjoying the Enduro life. While my focus is XC racing, I do all my riding on the long travel bike.

My heart rate was higher on the decent than the climb, and I didn't go slow on the climb! Average up was about 145 bpm, 165 going down maxing out at 185!

Then I hit the new bike park down the road, Skypark :D

But, sometimes things don't go to plan...

Maybe not the right place to ask, but I'm in the market for a used dirt jumper or pump track rig. Anyone got one for sale in the ~$500 range?

Noice ejection! That trail looks fun. Those rocks remind me of Toads trail in Tahoe, one of the best trails ever. When you post youtubes just paste the video code after the youtu.be/ in-between the youtube codes. :thumbup

Yes, it's here! Rotor was tweaked out of the box, so can't ride it till a new one shows up. Also using it as a chance to swap to a 170mm Reverb. I'd prefer a Transfer, but it's a 34.9 which limits the options. Oh, and it came with XTR hubs, not the XT's that were listed. Rad.

Will be a couple months to get it working again. 3rd wrist for me so this is all too familiar at this point.. Happened within 30 seconds of arriving to the spot on the bmx bike. I had just changed my setup and subsequently overcooked a nose manual over a platform. Had to eject otb into a bad spot. Shit happens, i'll be back.:party

BUMP this up to the top.

What are my options to raise up the bars more comfortably. i'm 6'7 and riding my santa cruz hasn't been the most fun due to the fact it makes me so hunched over. I am not into hardcore downhill or anything. I just like to hit local trails and hit mini jumps haha. I tried to get a higher sweep bar but that doesn't help much. What about stem riser? Any help would be great. Thanks

(edit) Thanks

When I bought my bike my bike (Backcountry Tahoe City & Truckee) I made them spend a lot of time adjusting the seat position, bar height, reach length, pedal position etcetera to my specific body geometry.

A good shop can do that in less than an hour. Though, I gotta say we had a pretty big disagreement about handlebar width...

Trailhead in the South Bay is really good. Passion was in like San Carlos...
