Yeap, but I mostly do Skyline and Nisene Marks...

There is a trail that is fabulous that drops from Skyline into Stevens Creek park, crosses the river a bunch of times before a heinous climb out :) Well worth it tho...

Ya thats the saratoga gap trail i think...i just rode that about 2 weeks ago.

I am fairly new to mountain biking but i have been going quite a bit lately....my bike is in for a tune-up right now I'm picking it up tommorow. Single track is the funnest for sure.

Is there someplace where we can just go downhill and not actually pedal :confused

You need to go to downieville :thumbup (you do have to pedal a bit for a few short uphills and a full face helmet is recomended)

If I ever move back down there- I'll ride with y'all :)

Tahoe. The ski resorts open their lifts to mountain bikers in the summer. (at least some do/did)

Northstar.

They rent bikes as well as lift them up the hill.

I can't do it this Sunday, but I'm definitely interested in future rides. This is a great idea, since I'm trying to find other means of 2 wheeling without having to worry about cops on weekends.

I haven't ridden in a year; I guess it's time to do bit of baseline training before the next ride. :( This part will hurt. :cry

Cool!

If any of you are feeling a bit rusty and want to hit a good trainer before embarking on the singletrack stuff, we are going to try to go to Coyote Hills in Fremont after work one night next week.

Good place to get your feet wet again...or should I say dirty ;)

Hey guys, I'm new here.

I'd be interested in some group mountainbiking, all my bkinig friends wussed out (got married, kids, whatever) or moved out of state.

WW put me on your list. I'd be down for some riding this weekend. I'm not sure if I can make it up to China Camp this Sunday though (I'm in south San Jose, it's like a 2h trip one-way). Otherwise we can meet another time (weekends only though).
Thanks for putting this together! :thumbup
