What a weird list. Very specific in some spots (don't get busted throwing around a EUROPEAN mini football!) and very vague in others (athletics).
Disappointing hunting and fishing aren't on there
I don't see what the problem with hunting or fishing could be regarding the spread of SARS-CoV-2. You can still do it while socially distancing from others. And it's outdoors. Do hunting and fishing fall under athletics?
Instead of making a list of allowed activities, they would have been better served to make a list of not allowed or criteria for allowed activities.
Producing a list was never going to be comprehensive.
All of these activities are allowed as long as they're done only with members of your household and if you maintain a distance of six feet from others.
That's a poorly written sentence, it's somewhat ambiguous. I think they meant, 'if you maintain a distance of six feet from other people outside of your family'.From the sfgate story:
Who else is happy to see tree climbing make the list
someon1 explain why washing car is now allowed
how the fuck was that banned before???????
No jiu jitsu for me in the foreseeable future.
I supported them for the first couple months and didn't cancel my membership but I can't justify $150 a month when the gym is closed with no end in sight.
My gym is doing the same through zoom. They have virtual classes everyday still.
Some of the drills and movements are useful. I tried the first couple weeks but it's just not the same. This is a 2 person activity.
Virtual trainings for karate I've been doing with the Machida brothers are a different story. Much more we can do on our own.
Good on your oldest for stickin with it during this weird time!
