Yoga is allowed -- we are saved! :p

I agree.. no way to have a comprehensive list.
I think you need to see the gray and say it is like ---> "That" so I believe it is OK.

Yeah, I was just hoping to see it spelled out for my own mental rationalization. That said I think the guidelines you've posted / updated make sense to me.

I hear you Nathan. Me too. They did not mention dirt bikes as example yet the OHV parks are going to reopen.

So many moving pieces we all have to do what we feel is right for us with a kind eye towards others.

Steee-riiike!
The fam and I have been gardening and landscaping a lot. It was time, since a lot of our plantings have become overgrown and in need of removal or severe trimming. Kudos to my wife who has been busting serious ass as she hasn't had much work to do. I feel guilty sitting in front of my cpu while she's out yanking roots, haha

We've gone on a few long-ish hikes. Not really enough though...have to change that. We're an outdoorsy family so it has been really necessary to get out for us. We're adapting but not in a good way. Getting more sedentary isn't good. We've done a little yoga and cardio kickboxing, etc. but we're better made for being outside.

Hence, the gardening/landscaping.

Ok, you piqued my interest.
What is chi gung?

Edit, we can create another thread if it is awesome. Don’t want to threadjack.

chi gung translate as "energy exercise", the focus is on moving or feeling chi.
It could be a long serious of movements that would resemble a Tai Chi Chaun form, it could be a serious of short movements done sequentially, it could be just standing in a single or multiple postures.

Tai Chi focuses on chi also, there are some schools that only teach the form but a true tai chi school will also teach push hands, some form of a two person form and possibly a weapon such as sword or fan.

chi gung is mostly practiced for medical reasons; either for practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine to cultivate chi for working on people, or for ill or injured people to promote healing. A TCM practitioner might give some chi gung exercises to a person recovering from the virus to promote healing the lungs. the elderly might practice chi gung to promote longevity.

:laughing So if I'm pulled over one Highway 1 I'm on my way to go crabbing. If pulled over on the twisties I'm performing athletics and if on the highway I was meditating... sorted.
