schwantz a total shithead, your're not being serious?he was thinking out loud and what he said was not that harsh-pedrosa with the full backing of hrc, with arguably the best bike out there hasn't ridden up to the expectations that he should be multiple world champion.puig is definately the puppet master.has pedrosa ever looked like he was having fun?schwantz was saying maybe that was the difference.i think schwantz has some insight about what's going on in the paddock- more than we'll ever know and dorna doesn't retire your number for being an asshole

I'm thinking that you should probably have listened to this gentleman:

are we talking about the same kevin schwantz?how old are you guys?

Honestly, I was a HUGE Wayne Rainey fan. Schwantz seemed to have a lot of trouble keeping his mouth shut back then, too. I have a ton of respect for Schwantz' accomplishments on the track, but I do think that he overstepped in this case. Like I said, I am most definitely not a Puig fan, but I am forced to side with him on this one.

ill laugh when dani surpasses KS in wins later this year ( a near certainty)

dani is also right there for a title this year. Ill rofl if dani wins the title this year AND surpasses KS in wins.

Unfortunately unless something happens & Marquez is unable to race for a few rounds I can't see this happening.
I mean the dude WON from the back of the grid last year in Valencia.

Man, I hope he doesn't win the title. He's a talented rider, but he has the personality of a gnat. Motorcycle racing is a business. It is entertainment. It's not all about on-track performance.

how much personality would you have if you needed to speak spanish in every interview?

im waitinbg to see how marquez rides in the rain. hes not a great rain rider to begin with, in motogp it will be interesting. I think its jorge, dani, and marc for the title. judging by last race (not even including the incident) I think marquez is going to go down HARD in a race. he was all over the place, it was nuts. I think its only a matter of time. marquez is my fav non italian rider, straight up gay for him lol but he needs a few more tests before i corwn him. right now I see dani as the fav for the title. best bike, most mature, doesnt crash a ton, riding a ton of momentum.

Oh thank you :thumbup, I was speaking from HRC side there for a moment as I didn't want to get into all other possibilities.

He won in the damp (yes on a less powerful bike with dunlops instead of bridgestones & not pouring) from the back, so I think he has that covered

But yea lorenzo did crash ALOT in his rookie season.

Pedrosa may win the championship this year, who knows. He might win the next 10 in a row. But, I read KS as providing some off the cuff somewhat constructive criticizm. I mean, he's right... he's been on the best bike for the better part of a decade, was supposed to be the next coming and hasn't been able to giterdun.

So, Puig goes sideways. Truth hurts, I guess.

I woulnt say that AT ALL. teh yamaha has been the best bike for the better part of a decade. only in the last year or two did honda finally get it, when nakamoto took over. in 2007-10 it was NOT very good compared to the yamaha

I think last year was the first year the honda was clearly the best biek on the grid, since 2004

Yep. Dani had a great shot last year and he does this year. He has the skill, patience and talent to make it happen and if he doesn't then it will be Jorge. MArquez still needs a real race time big crash or four. That's just part of the sport and he does it in every class.

And just to reiterate the point Rainey whooped Kevin's ass repeatedly and Doohan's. KS also had his ass whooped by Doohan repeatedly. I think that says it all.

I got to wonder how would Kevin have done had he been on the YAM or HON back then? Unstoppable...:x
