I read the article in the link you provide. At first I was thinking to myself, why would Puig even acknowledge Shwantz. As I continued to read, I thought Puig might be sinking to Shwantz's level. But I think Puig ended it perfectly. I think Shwantz is just at a very angry period in his life and misdirected his anger.

damn...I was on Schwantz's side for the COTA shitstorm, but if this is true then I've also lost a lot of respect for him Puig's letter is really strong. The facts are the facts, and it really hits hard to hear him bring up that memorable race battle he had with Schwantz in 94.

Very articulate reply by Puig. Schwantz is awesome, but I think he should refrain from making these public statements. Isn't going to help anything. Only going to put people against him. You don't hear Spencer, Roberts, Lawson, Rainey, Ago or most of those other retired guys badmouthing any riders or team guys now. Bad form.

I think those guys know that if you're going to be doing any kind of judging on the current crop of GP racers, you'd better do it when you've raced against them.

Wow, I would say Puig schooled the guy. I mean Schwantz I called him Sir Bounce-A-Lots for his always tasting pavement. Lost respect for what little I have had of the guy. I know someone who knows him, he says he was a punk then and is a punk now.

I think 34 is just throwing crap at the wall to see what would stick. He is angry no doubt but instead of channeling that anger into his aggressive and crafty way of riding to the edge, focusing on the legal battle ahead but based on his rant he just threw one huge cr@p that just stuck to his wall.

This just gets better and better. Schwantz had his column released today and you know he had time to say something about it. He didn't though.

Soup released an article takin his side and bashing Dorna, Dani, and Alberto. In there article they took every point and grid make a rebuttal to it but failed miserably. They need stop reporting anything.

Kev is right, Pedrobot was supposed to be the next big thing and he's yet to win a premire class championship after nearly a decade. Could he win one? Sure, he could, but his chances grow smaller every year.
