Those tribal cops suck. There's a lot of controversy out here between them and NHP about who has authority to stop vehicles on Federal Highways. The Tribes often run revenue stops on people as you pass through tribal land, but the highway doesn't really belong to them. They've been told in my country to stay the F off the highways and go play with the drunks. Some are not even POST certified officers.

Are they the George Zimmerman of CHP's then? :laughing

PS: Nice vid Chess. :thumbup

so a couple years ago the FJ1200 really we had was in Hayfork off hwy 36. We rented out the entire Bar 717 Ranch. It was fantastic! They cooked everyone dinner each night, put lunch stuff out each morning so the riders made little bag lunches to take on their rides. Dinner bell was at like 7pm or something.

They have cabins and open air style cabins with cots. The price was really good too! For all 3 days it was around $150/person. The best part was, it was all ours! No one to piss off, getting drunk around a fire and still having an actual room to sleep in.

downside, I don't think they could accommodate 150+ people. But if the numbers were smaller, say, what we had in hawthorne this year, that'd be different.
