Entitlement means legally granted access. Social Security is an earned stipend, something completely different. Section eight housing is an entitlement. Food stamps are an entitlement. Social Security is payment made for a previous investment. You need to WORK to qualify and your payments are based on your earnings. It's not an entitlement except in a very very narrow and dubious interpretation.

Otherwise Thunderhill would be a county road (it's permitted by the county).
