Urethane glue: only get it on things you want to glue. It does not come off easily. Use sparingly.

I cant see the pictures. Technology problems I dunno

So my downstairs entranceway is pretty marked up from all the traffic. I'm certain a lot of the marks can be cleaned but I'd also like to touch up the unfortunately white paint. I have two cans of paint from 8 years ago during the original painting and one is marked "ceilings and walls" and I assume the other one is for the trim/moldings.

Should I be able to take this to any paint store and have them mix the same color regardless of brand if I have a sample and or the numbers on the can?

Paint stores will be able to match based on a sample. Bring the can of what you want to match. I wouldn't rely on other brands to understand competitor's paint codes.

Awesome!

Also I got a 15-Inch Utility Pry Bar so much easier for removing carpet tack boards.

I may try and paint a little before my new lodger arrives Monday

I've ordered a "Yellowsack" to toss all the crap I've produced from the renovations into. Otherwise I'll be throwing away a few sq feet of carpet every week for months...

Upstairs took a fraction of the time to remove the carpet and carpet stays due to pry bar. Got into a rhythm and it took like 5 min. Did the carpet removal in sections.

----

Pulled all the tacks and staples holy crap the bottom step has sooo many stapled in upside down. Had to feel for them.

Carpets are 14 years old...

What do you guys think about a vinyl flooring for the garage instead of the hassle of epoxy painting it?

My basement/shop/motorcycle garage thing is covered with awful fake wooden flooring of some sort of synthetic vinyl material. When we got the house I thought I would pull it out but it is actually a fantastic workshop floor. Easy to clean, bit softer than cement to stand on and the its smooth enough to easily slide heavy stuff around.

Ugly as anything though.

If you don't want to do the mat they have those square interlocking tiles you can do also.

make sure your flooring choice is oil and random garage fluid-resistant or it could get messy.

Recedite, plebes!
Morning HH,
My concerns would be: Is the product specifically designed for a garage type of environment? Will it deform from weight of heavy objects like a tool chest wheels, MC kickstand, etc? Will it react to harsh chemicals and turn into goop?

Nice. I looked into getting one of those bags to make my life easier but even though they sell them around here no one picks them up. So I just used the beater truck method and a trip to the dump.
