Okay, well since no one is taking up this argument. Let me bring up other discrimination issues:
What if this woman was fat? And the guy says, "I lose my appetite every time that I look at a fat woman." What if she was ugly? And the guy says, "Man, she is an ugly woman and I lose my boner every time I look at her."
It's discrimination to me. Just because she has a beneficial attribute to most, she still did nothing on a performance level to justify a discharge. Now, I want to read the plaintiff's case and see the arguments.

I never ONCE said she was harrassed, or even infered it. I said in my first post it wasnt gender discrimiantion, and I never said she was sexually harassed, I said it was funny that the gy assumed he could have sex with her if he chose to.
