I'd be careful stepping on people that much.
In his case, that would be purchasing AMI and then dismantling it. :laughing

That's the level of pettiness and power that I aspire to.
kinda. i wouldn't necessarily call it petty though. the dude stole $5,000,000 from him.
Um If I can do that and just get fired for it may be worth it. Like why go get second job after you stole 5 million?
I also wanna know how you do that and not go to jail.
Asking for a friend.
there was some jail time in between.

edit - forgot to answer the money question. apparently the dude blew through it pretty fast - and didn't spend much on tangible assets. IIRC, less than 1/2 mil was recoverable.
...dude went to work for another company. guy bought that company just so he could fire the dude from that one too.
i knew a guy who did something similar. one of his employees screwed him, so he fired the dude. dude went to work for another company. guy bought that company just so he could fire the dude from that one too.

And who thinks blackmailing the guy with more ability to say fuck you than anyone on the planet is a good idea? Seriously, he should have immediately taken a picture of his dick and emailed it back to them.
If I'm sitting on a trillion dollars, I really don't care if the world has a picture of my junk.

We're talking Bay area executive level or McAfee ? Cuz in the first case I wonder if we know the doers. The recipient got off quite well...
