What is considered a full tuck?

Wind blast on the sport bike never bothered me, I"m 5'-10". The forward leaning riding position seemed to offset the wind, I never had issues with my arms or wrist at speed or around town.

I found full tuck to be uncomfortable for just cruising down the highway (chin on the tank) bothers my neck/throat, I can't look around very well, feel like I can make quick maneuvers/braking better from a normal position too. For long rides on 5 I might rest an elbow on the tank.

I've done the full tuck behind my flyscreen, when caught in freeway downpours @ Sturgis

Because it is.
I see this all the time and it bugs the fuck out of me. 70mph while laying on the tank. Almost always with the T-shirt blowing up his back (if it's not stopped by the outboard Icon back protector) with ankle skin exposed above the latest edition of Nike kicks....and don't forget the Rossi replica helmet from about 7 seasons ago that came with the bike that he bought 3 weeks ago. :facepalm
He may think the look says "I've got mad skills, yo" but to me it just screams "I target fixate and have bitten off more than I can chew".

For a more serious reply, a long time ago in a place where I could ride at sustained top speed on my 916, I found that my absolute top speed increased by three MPH when I lifted my butt a couple of inches off the seat while my chin was on the tank.

some pro riders have tiered seat pads with more foam at the back to make it ez to do this every lap.
