Btw Dubbs...Rockler has Murphy bed kits if you're still thinking of building one. Hardware and plans are like $320.

Mother of God.
This.

I didn't MAKE it, but I built it. I did some minor fabrication to make sure the lights and such went on, I designed the headlight bracket. I redesigned and rebuilt the electrical system; including rewinding the stator myself.

Ran my 2nd batch through the tumbler I made. This time was around 350 piece of 308. Making the tumbler was fun and a pain all at once. Debating about making another with refinements, we'll see.

Only my 3rd time welding and first two were screw around jobs. Impressed my dad who's welder I had to borrow. Of course now I want a welding because I have all these projects that require welding.....love how a guy's mind works :laughing

1725rpm 1/4hp motor
1.25 box tubing
1/2 diameter rods
4.5 and 1.5 pulleys
The drum 22" of 6" diameter SDR 35 pipe with a 6" cap, 6-4 reducer and cap.
Inside are baffles to throw the brass, water, soap, lemishine and 10lbs of stainless steel pellets around.
Ran it for 1.5 hours and bras is spotless including primer pockets.

Only issue is my drum wants to walk because it's not 100% square and the rods arent true. I opted for cheap steel. So have a piece of hose zip tied prevent it from walking to the right.

Co-worker and I built me this sweet easel with counterweights. I airbrush and got tired of not having a good space to paint :)

The bottom pic shows the drawers of the taboret shelf extended and the stainless dump bucket I scored from Bed Bath and Beyond :)

How much would you charge to make me an easel?

a couple of acrylic portrait sketches using a palette knife and no brush. Just fucking around, no real theme or reason behind them other than the fun of painting

Over the past two months or so I did like 20 portraits. Those are just a couple.

Top one is 30x20" and the other two are 16x20"
