I had a couple hunting dogs that loved the boom boom too. They wanted to go... or eat. That is how I trained them to enjoy boom boom - feed them but give them some boom booms. The dogs drive to eat overcame the fear of boom boom.

What’s with people who don’t bother to make reservations especially on new years eve.
People walking into the restaurant and being told it’s a two & half hour wait. Took me a minute to make a reservation online and 10 minutes to get a table once I arrived. Funny to see the lineup outside.

my SO has a very strong aversion to going mobile when drunks are on the road. so no road going travel for us on NYE. and he never wants to invite anyone over for the same reason (stay off the roads). so me and him spent the evening cooking, enjoying a fabulous meal - and washing dishes lol. i’m currently finishing off a bottle of champagne, and saying good riddance to 2019. the only resolution i’ve made so far for the new year is to tell my asshole boss to go fuck himself (i only make resolutions i plan to keep). happy new year! arty
