Yeah, but I am 1% North African, 1% American Indian, and 98% European heritage, so in identity politics, I'm like Elizabeth Warren only black as well.

I'm a mixed race Black Native American European!

Government will have the same economic problems or worse than a private entity, only they’ll have self power of law to correct those economic problems. Think your water bill inverses were unfair? Gavins push to take over PG&E is an old fashioned money grab.

Hard to keep politics out of it when this whole issue is poltical:

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The families of three female high school runners filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday seeking to block transgender athletes in Connecticut from participating in girls sports.

Selina Soule, of Glastonbury High School, Alanna Smith, of Danbury High School, and Chelsea Mitchell, of Canton High School, are represented by the conservative nonprofit organization Alliance Defending Freedom. The organization argues that allowing athletes with male anatomy to compete has deprived their clients of track titles and scholarship opportunities.

"Forcing them to compete against boys isn’t fair, shatters their dreams, and destroys their athletic opportunities,” attorney Christiana Holcomb said in a news release. “Having separate boys’ and girls’ sports has always been based on biological differences, not what people believe about their gender, because those differences matter for fair competition.

Can we keep politics out of this? It can be done, just address the decisions and choices and your reasoning and keep the political bashing out of it. Yeah, I know that this has been a political hot potato, but I'm hoping that people can just give their perception on it instead of regurgitating political dogma.

Girls sue to block participation of transgender athletes

In track, the 100m records are about 1 second apart, the 200m records are about 2 seconds apart, the 400m records are about 4 seconds apart.

Trying to accommodate less than 0.01% to the inconvenience of 99.9% of the population is, IMHO, bad and blind policy.

It's not a diversion, it's the facts. I know the liberals never want to actually debate the facts, but it is what it is. Criminals commit actual crimes, felonies often, that result is zero jail time. Nada, zilch. It happens all the fucking time, to the point that our 'justice system' is a fucking joke.

What that FBI agent did was moronic and he should have been fired the next day, but it doesn't rise to a criminal offense worthy of incarceration. It was ridiculously bad judgement, not a crime.
