Mornings were calm and salt was amazing, big horsepower had roostertails, we just found smooth traction track.
Nick did great and picked it up quick, gained 35 more mph by his second run. After four plus hours in line, his girlfriend asked him "You really find this fun?" :laughing
By adding a small fairing and a fuel pump off a 97 VFR, I was able to pick up 17 mph over last year. Bounced it off top gear redline on two runs so she is making the power now. Already thinking of next year :loco
The lines were long because of so many record runs that require a return oppisite direction run. The battle for some of the 1000cc record classes was on big time. So many friends went over 200+ this year, am very happy for them.
