Every time I go up there there are almost never bikes anymore. At the normal times (sunsets etc.) seems like the cars too over.

The city/county hasn't put a single trash can up there. A private individual put the trash can up there and empties it.

I'll be there at 8 am on Sunday. I'll try to corrall a couple friends.
I realize it's last minute but maybe someone could make a sigh that says who cleaned the place up and asking people to please not litter there. Stick it on a pole or something.
I'll check back on Saturday evening to confirm it's going on.

I'm not around, but rode Redwood Road last weekend and saw massive piles of dumped trash in multiple turnouts :( If folks still have energy/empty trash bags...

Also call the city re illegal dumping and they might help too

Not in for continued cleanup of turnouts. That's someone's household trash and I'm not dealing with that...not to mention the sheer scale of it. I don't mind adding a few bags at home and work but you're talking literal truckloads of possibly hazardous trash.
I'll throw some time and energy at tidying up the Wall solely because it is (was) a rather iconic local spot. Can't say the same about turnouts.

I filled 3 garbage bags worth of trash up there last Monday. If we can all lend a hand once in a while it will look a lot better.

Most of the mess is from the University of CA partyers. Friday/Sat. nite up there is a drunken mess. People just toss their trash everywhere, or the dumpsters in the early AM hours on the weekend...

I will try to be there as well, will be coming from SF so may vary between 8-8:30am. Maybe an enthusiastic ride through Redwood Road afterwards.
