Don’t know which brand, I found “spicy curry” ramen once... at 99 Ranch I think. It had FIVE flavour packets!!! Easily best tasting instant ramen I’ve ever had. Never found it again though.
Here’s what I usually do:
1. Open up all flavour packets and use to marinate thinly sliced meats (~3mm thick from Asian markets, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc.)
2. Grill marinated meats, grated carrot, sliced onion/shallots, chopped cabbage, peas, bok-choi, etc. in pot with olive oil, about 2-3 minutes
3. Add water and bring to boil
4. Add ramen noodles,
5. Simmer 2-3 minutes and it’s done!
I’ve fooled people with this. Passed it off as homemade-from-scratch noodle soup!
