Been getting six-packs of this Ottogi Jin ramen from H-Mart. Loving it.

Not instant but I had ramen from Silverlake Ramen in Concord last night. Was not impressed. The gyoza, however, were amaze.

Nothing wrong with sodium, it’s balance of sodium vs. potassium & magnesium you want to maintain.

As for noodles, these are my favourite.

I actually add pink salt to my electrolyte drinks for long Muay Thai or boxing sessions. At one point we’d crank up the heater to like 80° in class.

Anytime I know I’m gonna be going hard in the paint workouts, I make sure I have enough sodium. I’ve felt the effects of not doing that and it’s no bueno.

I picked up some chicken flavored top ramen during one of my several "stock-up for the pandemic" trips. I thought if worse comes to worse, we'll consume this and piled it on top of canned food in the pantry. I swear if it wasn't for this thread, I would have never opened up a pack yesterday. This morning, I opened up another pack. I am so impressionable. Now I am hooked ...

Both pasta and noodles can be use interchangeably in lots of soups. I think it also depends on toppings as well.

For those looking for hot & spicy, check out these 2x spicy ramens. Try just ONE first...

Yeah just buy one pack of a certain flavor to try if you even like the texture and taste of instant ramen

You can throw luncheon meat and frozen mixed veggies into the pot if you're craving noodles in soup

yeah, cramping legs and back is no fun on track as I discovered couple years ago. Many many trackdays in +110F temps. Once you start cramping up, day’s over.

I miss original Gatorade which had exact amount of salt & electrolytes to balance what you sweated away. Tasted like sweat with sugar added!!! Now I do like you and sprinkle little extra salt into my sports drinks.
