Would you be able to repost this link? Yea once the big supermotos start coming out the groms just get in the way, we can hold our own against them through the back sections that have turns close together but on the straight they just blow by and it gets a little sketchy because not all those guy on the supermotos can hard brake into a corner like that and maintain coner speed and thier line and they will either park it going into the corner or blow it and come out wide on the corner exit cutting the line off if you had more speed. So usually we will drop back to b when it gets too hairy.

My bad! They called A group. I saw nobody acting on that particular call, so I (not exactly being a novice mini-moto rider) went out ..... not long after, a train of B Group (Mini Moto Riders, and novice big bike riders) riders followed. Due to having a mix of B and A group riders all in the mix, at times, it got a bit chaotic. Again, my bad!

On the other hand, I did witness some rider(s) join the track in a Group Session I felt did not belong. For the safety of all riders, ALL riders MUST pay attention to which Group Session is occupying the track, and enter / participate appropriately. Some riders did not pay attention or were not quite clear as to what class they should participate within.

Here's the Class / Session break down (typically):

Keep in mind, early in the day, when there are fewer bike(s), all bikes are allowed on the track at a time. Once safety becomes a concern, that's when the Group Sessions typically begin, for the safety of all riders.

C Group Session: Beginner, Pocket Bikes, 50 ~ 80cc 4t, and small displacement 2T bikes

B Group Session: Mini-Moto 50cc ~ 65cc 2T, 100cc ~ 150fcc 4T bikes, *Novice Big Bikes

* Novice Big Bike etiquette should be to allow faster mini-moto riders to pass freely on the faster sections of the track, not hold them up in the corners. Otherwise, they belong in the A Group.

A Group Session: 80cc 2T and up, 150r 4T and up bikes (Novice ~ Expert riders)

On that note, if you are on the track and riding within the appropriate Group Session, and you feel it's no longer safe, or a rider(s) is riding erratic or too aggressive and no longer safe, it is your duty / call to raise the concern with the track director. Otherwise, exit the track, then wait for your next appropriate session.

NEW RIDERS (or a refresher to those that have been away from the track awhile) > http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186965 There is some very important info everyone attending needs to know. Please read
