Ya, they killed it and combine it was the Awesome Picture Thread, which didn't make any sense. I hope this one goes on for years and years. I think threads like this are the most interesting on every forum I am on.

how did you set up your camera for this pic?

Set the camera on the ground and used the strap to help level the shot and pushed the lens cap more and more forward under the lens to bring the angle up :laughing

I don't own a real tripod, so I make do with what I find around whatever I'm trying to snap a pic of :angel

For instance, this was taken with the camera on a post by the pier, again using the strap to help level the shot :toothless

Friend of a friend worked at Golden Gate Authority, and invited said friend, who invited me. :teeth I'm afraid of heights, but I said fuck it, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity, so I went.

I can easily believe that the Golden Gate Bridge is one of the most photographed landmarks in the US.
