Completely reorganizing the kitchen is immensely satisfying

Our buddy isn't ready to receive my bike (just as well, we need to do a oil / valve service before bringing it to him). Annnnd, we just confirmed our electrician is coming bright and early on Monday, so we've got some major garage cleanup and reorganizing of our guest room / my office to turn it into the nursery / my office to do for the rest of the weekend. Acccckkkkkkk!!!!!

saw a bunch of houses today (5 total) and 3 were pretty good. the 2 cheaper ones were weird, 1 was completely dilapidated with doors hanging oddly off the hinges, vents protruding out, paint not matched and cheap fixes applied everywhere. other was weirder in that it was advertised as a 3br/2ba single family home without mentioning the in-law in the attic and the in-law attached in the backyard... you'd be essentially renting a "unit" in a 3 "unit" apartment... why not just be forthcoming and mention that it's a shared rental... instead of wasting everyone's time... lol
