Not enough time to sober up after burning man

Rolls with it...
Isn't that like convicting someone without all the evidence?

If he was drinking with his right hand, the can is in a logical position, if he turns his wrist to a normal straight position before putting the can in his lap. It doesn't prove anything.

:laughing Who drinks out a can like that, especially when driving? Opening to alignment is much more critical.

As for me, I'm just referring to visual constructs of the picture and why people would react that it looked staged. The CHP report would settle it for me. Either way, this guy needs help, I hope this is "rock bottom" moment.

Not as fast as I look.

He wasn't driving. And most people do drink like that. Don't you normally drink with your thumb at the bottom of the container? If so, you turned your wrist, or threw your elbow out like a offensive lineman. It is normal to drink this way. Since a cup has a handle, which you can easily i.d., why don't you see where the handle moves during the drinking process.

You people aren't analyzing the photo enough. He's clearly left handed. Look at his watch and mic. Both on the right side. The rotation of the can has nothing to do with drinking. It's rotated so the remnants of beer on the lid don't drip into his crotch. It's like you simpletons have never watched CSI or had a road beer in your life. :twofinger :afm199
