luckily at least they'll be able to use them on flat routes.. I hope. Even tho it looks like even the 14 is not all flat, but that's probably all the way near 30th, for like 2-3 blocks.
So if used on flat routes, some expense is saved
dangnabbity but the article says they were clearly designed for not those hills.. it was probably clearly written but who cared.. indeed maybe no one else had bid?
What if they had tried to stay darkened, conservative-like, maybe not go anywhere, you know? :dunno
