Awesome pics...:thumbup

Feeling it.

Thinking Dovi might feel it this weekend. Out on a Ducati limb.

We're racing not dancing
That thing spinning with the spiral of water next to Locatelli's head (or whoever that is) is a great pic.

Whatever that means
The photo of Mir with the brake fluid reservoir spinning is epic. I bet the Photographer shit his pants when he saw how that came out.

Zoinks!!!!
I voted for Mir prematurely. My real vote is for Jack Ass.

I’d love to see Mir close the gap to Fabio, though.

I'm pretty excited about Mir after having my doubts last year. In Moto3, Mir rodelike an assassin. He'd be in the lead pack the whole race but never got caught up in the usual crazy antics of that class. He would just hang in the top five until the last two laps and then cleanly make his way to front without any drama and get the job done. Now, that he's figured out the Suzuki, he's doing the same thing and its fun to watch.

I just checked weather and it's supposed to rain Friday but not rain on Saturday/Sunday. I'd love to see at least one wet race this year, so I'm hoping for rain, but my predictions are with a dry-race assumption.

My pre-FP predictions are: Joan Mir to get his first win on Sunday, and will be joined by Fabio and Pecco on the podium, with Rins and Morbidelli rounding out the Top 5.

Last year it was a Ducati race save for MM. Yamaha and Honda are out so Mir, Pol and Dovi on the podium not necessary in that order.

We will get plenty of wet racing before the year ends!

Yup. Expecting rain at Assen, Silverstone, Motegi, at least on session at Philip Island and lots of rain at Sepang. Wait. Damnit.

Luca Marini's highside. Ugh. Hope he's OK.

edit: Marini may have a broken ankle. Damn.
