What just happened to this thread? All I know is a couple of motorcyclists appear to have had a pretty bad crash. That's kinda all I need to know on a motorcycle forum. If this were a women's rights forum, I might have other things to say. I just checked, and yup, I'm still logged into BARF as I type this. Any crimes anyone has done is for their gods and our courts to sort out.

this is a wild story...apparently there is a 'maxy' and a 'wristy' two separate individuals. 'wristy' from my understanding is the dishonorably discharged douche-scumbag and 'maxy' is his partner in crime. both of them post videos to the same MaxWrist youtube account.

You're right. It's a "Dread Pirate Roberts" situation.
There are two Max Wrists, a Maxy and a Wristy. Wristy is the ddd-s, now in the hospital, who became internet-famous for posting videos of himself raising hell on a motorcycle while in the Army in Italy. His military career ended with a court martial and prison sentence. Maxy teamed up with Wristy back in the Italy days (but was himself in the US) and took over posting when Wristy was locked up. In the video I linked, Maxy tells the story of their partnership and Wristy's troubles. Spoiler alert: Wristy is innocent, man. It was a frame-up, a conspiracy. Since Wristy got out, they both post, Wristy as "Max Wrist" and Maxy as "MaxWrist Gold".

I thought learning how to clear an obstructed airway and administration of CPR should be a requirement to get a driver’s license.
How hard is that?
I suppose thinking and accident scene management is actually more difficult.
I don’t watch much hue tube, cause, I have limited time on this world, and I have to save it for riding and BARFing.

And I reserve the right to recognize bad actors and judge them for their actions. This guy should be ostracized by any sane person or group. Behaviors like this are beyond the pale for civilized people, and 720 days in lockup isn't enough for the damage he did to others. Eye for an eye isn't a bad concept for some crimes.

That's how my mind (kinda) works, yay.
It's unfortunate there was a collision, I would rather have injury-free riding and thus less necessity for good first aid training. I carry first aid gear, tools, & fuel for those times it's needed, plus a Spot beacon. Yay me. I've been trained, off & on, for several decades, hopefully if I ever need to use those skills, they haven't atrophied and I don't hurt anyone by my deteriorating skillset.
If this convicted rapist and child molester heals, I wish for things that I can't type here.
