I borrowed a 2T and liked it for how nimble it felt. Too bad my left hand gets tired quickly if I have to use the left lever a lot.
I converted to the magura hydraulic clutch on my YZ.
The change in force was pretty much nothing. Maybe nothing at all. But it is way more consistent on long rides. I really like it.
I usually ride it with one finger on the clutch at all times (like my trials bike), and it gets tiring.
I also tried the midwest mountain engineering lever for one ride, but i'm not ready to make that big a change. The MME lever would really help if you have tendonitis.
The YZ250 can be tuned so you almost never have to touch the clutch lever, except for the gnarliest terrain. (And then you can get a Rekluse!)
Start with buying OaklandF4i's low-end pipe. Change the ignition timing. Modify the head.
My YZ250 makes better low end than my WR450F.
