My fault Max…you'll be on the next one for sure. Also, schedule will be updated then.

Nice that you also forgot Paolo and ForTheTrack, the official AFM trackside vendor as well as Bridgestone and Michelin. Paolo is at every AFM event with a huge inventory of parts and accessories which have saved the weekend for many AFM racers. Maybe you should put some effort into promoting him at the races so he keeps coming back, it wasn't so long ago that we couldn't find anybody willing to bring a rolling motorcycle shop to the AFM races.

Yeah, I have to think about how to word/ do that as it's not an official meeting (and the bylaws have specific rules on that).

The bylaws only refer to board meetings where motions are presented and voted upon, which is not what Alan proposed. Don't overcomplicate matters, just put it on the darn schedule and let AFM members know that they have an opportunity to learn what's going on with their club and voice their opinions.

· Garages: Garages for the May 3-4th Sonoma round will be very limited to AFM racers. Most of the garages will be occupied by Factory support Pro Superbike and Pro Sportbike teams in an effort to duplicate the look and feel of past Pro events at Sonoma. As Pro teams are still being added to the event, garages for AFM’ers will be assigned very close to the event date and may even be assigned on Friday night. Ed Lloyd has a list of those who are on the waiting list for garages.

I know it's not Friday Night yet, but have the garages been assigned?

Max is a vendor booth, Paulo is rider support...IOW, Max sells to the general paddock at this event, Paulo (and Dunlop, and Pirelli and KFG) sell to the racers, per always. He's not forgotten and valued Alex, he's just not a general paddock vendor (who can sell to anyone), like all of our race support vendors. Vendors paid a fair amount for their booths as opposed to the $1/ round stuff.
