Holiday Christmas family cards

I know this is a bit early to bring this up, but I have a slew of friends / coworkers most of whom just got married and are in the process of having kids.

I don't know this became a thing, but I'm almost certainly expecting and dreading the spam of family photo cards (glossy 5"x7" professional photos with generic holiday greeting) that's going to bombard my mailbox this Christmas. For the record, I have nothing against Christmas, or families, or kids, but I'd really prefer not to be subjected to the fact that I am still single and their lives are full of joy. :teeth

Is there a way to even politely refuse these cards?

You're looking at this wrong.

send a card to them as well. Make it a collage.

pictures of yourself sleeping in on a weekend
picture of "recently watched" list that doesn't have kids shows
picture of your refrigerator full of adult food/beer
picture of you wearing clothes not covered in baby debris

etc etc

Put a Santa hat on your cock and send out a photo of that. :party

I was going to suggest that and a gif of you walking around your house/apartment with only that on. Of all things I'm looking forward to when we finally get all the kids out and on their own will be taking nice strolls around the house in my skivvies.

Just hope none of them are so full of themselves they send you an obnoxious "Humble-Brag" Christmas Letter chock-full of narcissistic gushing about how tough their perfect lives are and their precious, adorably perfect little lords and ladies.

Maybe you should pull a preemptive strike and write one to all of them first but follow auntibling's recommendation on content.

You have a little over two months to find a Significant Other and then also share Holiday Joy. I don't see the problem.

Accept them, then round file them (would be epic if you did it right in front of them). And also reciprocate as per "barf" suggestions.

I love Da Whores
Kinda Grinchie OP.
Last Christmas was my first Christmas minus the X.
I got a canvas @ Hobby Lobby & hot glued all the pictures ( cut off the wording) to it, to make a collage. Hung it unframed in my office.
I sent out generic cards, myself.

The cards themselves aren't the problem. If they were handwritten or even something generic. Just cant stand the photo cards.
