but I'll answer honestly. My spine was disassembled and the bones ground down with something akin to an air grinder with a rotary bit.
Think about line honing a block for the crank or fixing the crank end of a connecting rod. Except it wasn't in place, they were parts on the table.
But....bone..

Well, that too. But a lot more. I had bone spurs growing all around my spine that were impinging on the column, into the disks and into the nerves going out between the disks.
