Great job Budman et al. Channel 2 news did a story on it this morning. Interview with Quirk was good - he hit all the points and explained it well. But the footage they ran before and after his statement showed helmet cam video of a rider splitting at ~60 through stopped traffic (or maybe sped up video). I'm sure drivers watching would not have been been pleased with the news if that's what they can expect. Wish they'd showed reasonable riding like many/most of us do.

There are no guidelines in there at all anymore. It might be the smallest change ever made to law
