Picked this cute little thing up out of jail yesterday. Came with an IWB kydex holster, 2 ETS 9rd mags, 1 Glock mag with a +1 extension and 1 Glock mag with a +2 extension. Added some Truglo TFX fiber/tritium sights and a Ghost Inc extended slide release.

Holy crap am I out of touch. I have a coworker who bought a new 9mm (been waiting months for it) and he can’t find any ammo. So I told him I’d help him out and quoted him $100 for 300 rounds of Speer lawman and 50 federal HST and a .30cal ammo can to store it.

I thought I was giving him just my replacement cost but I think I screwed my self. Not only is there nothing to replace it with, whatever is out there is about 3x what I charged him. Maybe he’ll change his mind...

Wondering it the supply will catch back up with the demand. 5 million Americans purchased a firearm for the very first time in 2020.

Do private ammo sales also have to go through an FFL? If not, there may be some available in Monterey next week. I'll be in town for the IMSA race. Can fit a bunch in a tractor trailer, in between cars and stuff.
