just finished carbonating a single hop Citra pale ale. It's fantastic! Probably my best one yet (28 batches I think). I'm concerned about going through the 5 gallons quickly, so I just ordered the exact ingredients to do it again. Except I ordered an extra 2 oz of full cone citra. Excited!

my brew is super clear. Similar look to a Blind Pig. 5+% abv...didn't measure but the starting brix means it couldn't be more than 6% tops. It does get me buzzed just fine though! I wonder if my starting measurement may be off...anyways, clean finish with a lingering bitterness as one would find from a hoppy beer. Classic citra aroma from the dry hopping. Just a fine, fine beer. I'd buy it at the local, which is kind of the goal I aim for.

I'm tasting it alright. tasting it reeeeel good. tasting the shit out of it.

oh, you mean you (royal)? stop on by! I'm brewing tonight. Fremont. the deliciously aromatic citra hops will be in the boil around 8pm I'm guessing. That's money time.

just gave the new brew a taste after 5 days of fermenting...hey it just may be as good as the first! The only diff is that I used 2oz of whole cone citra 30min left in the boil instead of pellet. I think I detect some grassy notes, maybe a little brighter bitterness. Is this common for whole cone vs pellet?

So... I had to take some PLC and HMI cert classes. After I get the new house in order, I plan on putting all my skills to work for a very epic setup. I think working at fewd plants has ruined me...

Groveland, where's that?
Greetings everyone....

Yes, I still live... :afm199

Im downsizing considerably with my beer making equipment. I have several custom kegs for brewing as well as a triple beer stand. (see pics)

I'm willing to travel to the bay area to drop off.

As you can see from one of the pics, the electrical still works. Has pumps and a plate chiller. Ive not used the stand at this year, so, it's time for it to go.

Asking 2500.00 for the whole set up. (conical not included)
