My cousins '71 Camaro sitting at one of his shops (Roesbury Car Car)-I help build up all their projects because i grew up with them- so i take pride in the cars as if they were mine... So it counts!! =P

I'm in a quandry right now. When I was 19 I sold a friend my '70 Firebird Formula 400 4spd and found out he still has it. It was stuck in a barn for a long time, doesn't run, and is pretty much a basket case. I'm feeling it's going to be a spiraling money pit, but he told me I could have it if I want it. If I had a three car garage it would just be a no brainer I'd just stick it in there to rust away back home
but alas that's not an option. Oh well, don't think he's getting rid of it anytime soon, just figuring out if I want to head down that road again 25 years later. Here's a pic from a couple decades ago:

The paint is much worse than the photo but that and interior are really the last items left.
I would like to add a Borgeson steering setup. All the parts would run me about $1K I think. Its the steering box and ram all in one, eliminating some junk and tightening up the steering. I'm just not sure if I can remove and install this with the a big block and headers.

Thanks man, its just a little 289 with some nice parts. I built it to run hard to about 8000. I do have a serious motor in the works right now.. I need to get the car dialed in before I try and add horsepower...
