Well i suppose it could have been worse. Sometimes God is trying to tell you things but im too hard headed to listen.
Started off with my steps on RV not wanting to retract! yeah man im not even out of the driveway! I look at my wife and tell her God is trying to tell me something!
SO I get it figured out and we(me and my son) are on the road. Get to Sonoma and start setting up, open fridge door and gallon of OJ falls out and breaks on the floor. Fack
And thats when i realized we forgot towels! lolol.....Dam it
Well it is what it is. Fire up the heater and its runs for about 20 seconds and never comes on again. tear it apart and dont have the parts to fix it. its cold!
Maybe ill brush my teeth and call it a night. Oh I see I forgot that too....The night is going well....:rofl
next morning
Take my new to me 13 ZX10R over for some fresh rubber and get the Gixer ready for the track! Run session 1, come back in and notice my boot is wet, and its oil! Facking shop put new cover on my bike and cranked it down so much they cracked the stator housing!...OK bike 1 is down....
Walk over to grab 2nd bike for 3rd session and they flag it for rear shock seal has leaked out all the oil over the last 2 months I had it. Wow. SO this bike that wasnt rode for a whole year, sold to me with no issues, sit in my shed for two months and was transported with a pitbull restraint system leaked out all the oil from seals? Seems strange that the sellor had no idea! But maybe this is a common thing and I just dont know any better! Anyways luck is not on my side!
Im ready to pack up and say screw it ill go rent a 400 mainly because my son wanted to ride his dirt bike around.
SO I get a 400 and the damn thing is missing gears like crazy! I take it back after a couple sessions and get another one!
Finally, I got a bike that is mechanically sound and im dialing it in. ive got the track down somewhat and im pasing a lot of people on a 400! Feeling pretty good.
And I low side turn 9b last session of the day and about second to last lap....:wtf....Seriously shit is pretty funny to me! by this point im cracking up.
Look down to my new 3k suit and see the little lights that tell me the suit is armed for airbag are all scratched off.....lolol....FACK...now I dont know if it has issues, is charging, is armed....yeah whatever!
Take the bike back and get dinged for $325 to cover damage to bike. Tell him to fix it im riding it tomorrow!
Get back to RV and find my son got dinged for being under 16 and riding his dirtbike.
Packed up and called it a day! But I still had a blast :ride.....ordered new cover for gixxer and the suspension people took my other bike, should be picking it up tuesdayish this week.
Here is video of my crash from a looking behind me view. its pretty boring as I left 1st and no one caught me for 4 or 5 laps. I was about 6' away from a liter bike when i went down. Fast forward to 13:35 to see wreck and have a good laugh! :laughing
